Domestic orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days after dispatch. International orders generally arrive within 2–4 weeks depending on destination and customs processing. Tracking information is provided once your painting ships.

To preserve your painting, display it away from direct sunlight, excessive humidity, and extreme temperature fluctuations. Dust gently with a soft, dry cloth when needed. With proper care, original acrylic paintings can be enjoyed for generations.
Yes. Original works are available to collectors worldwide. International orders are shipped with tracking and insurance. Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the collector.
Every painting is carefully inspected, documented, and professionally packed before shipment. If a work arrives damaged, please contact the studio within 7 days of delivery and provide photographs of the painting, packaging, and shipping materials so that a shipping claim can be initiated.
Yes. If a work is not right for your space, a return may be requested within 7 days of delivery. To arrange a return, please contact the studio before returning any painting. Returned works must be received in their original condition and packaging to be eligible for a refund.
