Every collector is welcome to request a return within 7 days of receiving their painting if the piece is not the right fit. To arrange a return, simply contact the studio at info@jackweirpaintings.com before sending the work back. Returned paintings must be received in their original condition and packaging to be eligible for a refund.

We want every collector to feel confident when acquiring an original work. If a purchase is not the right fit, the following policy applies.

Once the painting has been carefully examined, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Approved returns are accepted at no cost to the collector.
Nothing in this policy limits any statutory rights available under applicable consumer protection laws.
